Arte Cave Hotel was an amazing experience. Mustafa Abi, the hotel manager, was expecting us and welcomed us to the hotel. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always going the extra mile to ensure that we have an awesome Cappadocia holiday. The entire support staff is very warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They are interested in you and your comfort, rather than tips. The hotel is within walking distance to the City center, where one can find many restaurants and stores. The Mediterranean breakfast spread, which is served on the rooftop is huge and filling. The eggs, cooked and served in a copper skillet are delicious, don't miss them! The rooftop offers superb views of the rocky surroundings.

This was above and beyond. Mustafa and his staff made us feel like family. They were always there for everything we needed, offering advice and service. I highly recommend this gem for its location, beauty, and the wonderful staff.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the bus station. The room is absolutely beautiful with rock design. I am so happy with comfy bed and I wish I could spend more time there. Despite the old design, the room is very new and clean. Mustafa, the hotel manager, is very friendly guy. The morning of my ballon ride I have the reception woke me up so I could make it on time. Thank you so much!

Arte Cave Hotel was a great experience for us. We went with a group of people, and Mustafa Abi welcomed us to the hotel. He was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is walking distance to the downtown and 5 to 10 min. driving distance to all the cool places of Urgup. Their rooftop was also really cool. Mevlut (staff member) was also very helpful. Other staff members were also very kind and helped us to figure out the transportation within the city (taxi). Jacuzzis were really, really nice. Very clean and comfy bahtrooms!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in 5-6 mins walking distance from shops and restaurants. We stayed at room 106 - which had a wonderful decoration but it was also the only room that did not have windows or air con. It only had a small fan in the bathroom but that was not enough to cool the room down. Even though the rooms are below floor level, it seems to get too hot too quickly without any proper room ventilation which makes you feel as if you're suffocating. At least a small fan would help. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Old hotel, average rooms. Service was great though. Mustafa is an Absloute gentlemen. We stayed one night in Cappadocia and we felt it was enough.

It's an average hotel. Though it's cald as a cave hotel, but dint feel or give an experience of a "cave hotel". Mr. Mustafa was good and welcoming. Our room was not good. It was cald as a family room (booked for 2 adults and 2 children) but was very congested. Absolutely no place to move around (room 109) and the worst part abt the roo. Was that it was located near the entrance to the hotel. It was disturbing as there was constant chatter of people coming in and moving out. Recommend not to book the family room

Recommended place to stay. Very beautiful cave hotel. Very clean and nice. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and they have a smiley face always. Great location, you may walk to Urgup center takes 5 minutes by walking. Other places are close too, depending on the place approximately takes about 15-20 minutes max by car.
